Who is Vikas Sankrityayan, alias Vikas Pandey? He filed case against Dhruv Rathee; Delhi Court issues bailable warrants

Vikas Sankrityayan, also known as Vikas Pandey and founder of the ‘I Support NaMo’ group, filed a 2018 defamation case against Dhruv Rathee over a video alleging BJP’s IT cell tried to bribe him. A Delhi court has issued a bailable warrant against Rathee after summons remained unserved.
